  When I joined in July 2017 I was in the WORST shape of my life. I weighed the most I've ever weighed. It was so bad that I had a very difficult time doing a sit up or even getting up from a seated position on the floor. I signed up for 12 personal training sessions with Jen. I was nervous because past experiences with personal trainers didn't end well for me. ( I would end up injured, unable to move after one session and I would subsequently quit working out.) But Jen was different. She understood that I wanted to make a permanent change and went slowly with me. I've made a lot of progress since July and have now become someone who looks forward to coming to the gym. The staff AND the members are all welcoming. I've never felt judged or out of place and the special events and challenges really create a sense of community. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Snap Fitness to anyone.
